What precautions are in place to safeguard the office and its users? 

On arrival each day you need to:

• Use the hand sanitiser at the entrance to Your Office 
• Scan the QR code for Track & Trace
• Sign in by taking  your temperature using the digital forehead thermometer and recording it on the sheet

This is really important for both Covid compliance but also for us to verify who is in the office in the event of an emergency.

You must wear a mask when moving around the office space, you do not need to wear a mask when at your desk.

All desks and tables are sanitised daily. Phone booths are sanitised between users and the booking slots allow time for this.

What if there is another lockdown?  

We will comply with government guidelines but do our best to remain open, with the desks already spaced to enable social distancing and full Covid measures taken we’re hoping there should be limited possibility of having to close.

Should a further situation occur where we need to close Your Office we will contact everyone that has bookings to explain the situation.

Anyone showing signs of COVID-19 infection must not come to Your Office

You need to accept our Terms and Conditions when booking your desk which asks you to agree to our safer ways of working practices.
